With the recent cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), Tohoku University has raised a level of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), which is emergency action plan, to 3 on a 5-tier scale. Then, only personal required to continue experiments are allowed in the laboratories. We have stopped new chemical analysis requested by a non-member of Institute for Materials Research (IMR), Tohoku University. Additionally, we have limited ordinary reception and experimental consultation for a member of IMR. Please send an e-mail to be conducted alternative actions for new chemical analysis.
